VAST Trick-or-Treat Meet Highlights and Next coming to STAR
Hi STAR Families,
This weekend, 10 STAR swimmers represented our team and competed in some not-so-favorite events against tough competition β and still came home with amazing results!
Out of 27 individual events, our swimmers achieved 19 personal bests or new legal times, dropping a total of 66 seconds as a team! Thatβs still a 60% PB/PR rate β truly impressive for a mid-season meet. πββοΈπͺ And all of the other non-PB events are all within 3 seconds of PBs!
Huge congratulations to all of our hardworking swimmers β weβre so proud of your effort and progress! β
β° FAST Meet Reminder
The FAST Fall Frenzy registration deadline is November 1st.
This is a smaller, low-pressure meet β perfect for swimmers to test their progress and enjoy racing with teammates.
