There will be no practice tonight so everyone can enjoy the evening with family and friends.

To keep the fun going, we’re hosting a Halloween Costume Sharing Event!
🧙‍♀️ Parents and swimmers — share your Halloween costume photos with us!
📸 Send them to us to earn 3 extra pieces of candy to claim at practice next week! 🍬🍭🍫The entries will be shared with everyone later.

🎥 Exciting update: starting next week, we’ll begin using underwater slow-motion cameras during practices to help swimmers improve their techniques and see their strokes from a whole new angle! 🌊
