We hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween! 👻

This week, we’ll be focusing our practices on preparing for our Home Meet coming up this weekend. Practices will include meet-specific work and some fun relay challenges to build teamwork and excitement. 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♀️

Please try your best to attend practices this week, as it will help our swimmers feel confident and ready to shine at our meet!
