Hi STAR families,
I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! Yesterday 13 of our swimmers represented STAR at the FAST Fall Frenzy meet. While we’re still waiting on the official results to be posted, it looked like everyone had a blast—and based on what we saw on deck, we definitely dropped a lot of time as usual! Great job to all our swimmers! ⭐💜
A few important updates for the week:
1. Fall Session Ending Soon
Our fall session will wrap up on November 24th. We truly appreciate all the hard work and participation from families and swimmers—together we’ve accomplished so much this season!
The winter session registration is now open and will close on November 29th.
Winter session begins December 1st.
We hope to see everyone continue with us into the next season!
2. Additional Evaluation Night This Thursday
We had a great turnout at our first evaluation night and placed 10 new swimmers into groups! Because of the high interest, we are opening another evaluation session this Thursday.

3. Board Meeting Tomorrow – All Are Welcome
We will have a Board Meeting on Monday at 6:00 PM at the pool.
Topics include board position openings, coaching updates, and general club planning.
If you are interested in getting more involved, would like to explore running for a board position, or simply want to hear what’s happening behind the scenes, you are warmly welcome to join us.
4. Welcoming New Coaches
We are excited to welcome Coach Keilli, who will officially start next week!
In addition, Junior Coach Cate will be returning and helping in the water with our Red and Orange groups.
We are thrilled to continue growing and strengthening our coaching team to better support our swimmers.
5. First Winter Meet – WAT Polar Plunge ❄️
Registration is now open for the WAT Polar Plunge Meet—our first meet of the winter season!
This is a low-key, low-pressure meet that we highly encourage all swimmers to try, especially newer swimmers looking to gain meet experience.
