2019 Parents Information 2.0
| Hello Team Wisconsin Families and Swimmers, Tuesday, July 30, 2019 Second informative letter from me in the past few days. Some of this information has been passed along from Angela or I but it is worth sending again. The meet theme is Avengers. Two of our team shirts follow the theme and swimmers may bring more items related to Avengers (within reason). Attached to this message are the Team Wisconsin relays, updated psych sheet & session report. We are still waiting on the warm-up assignments. So when released we’ll send out more information. Swimmers not racing a particular session are welcome to warm-up, cheer and be on deck with their teammates. Swimmers are limited to each session based on their age. So 10&U swimmers only in the afternoon session and 11-14 aged athletes only the prelim and finals sessions. To look more like a uniformed team the color shirts by day are: Wednesday: RED Shirt & Jacket Thursday: GRAY Shirt Friday: BLACK Shirt Saturday: RED Shirt Sunday: BLACK Shirt Podium: Jacket and shirt color of the day. Wednesday is the team day with team picture, practice, meetings and chance to pick up apparel. 11:30-12:30pm: Apparel may be picked up. 12:30pm: Start to line up for the picture (Shortest to Tallest) upstairs. 1:00pm: Picture with Jacket & RED Shirt 1:30-2:30pm: Practice (time after picture and practice may include team meeting from the coaches). 1:30pm: Parent meeting outside, west side of the building by the beach.
