Good Evening, Team Wisconsin!

Tomorrow’s the big day!

Here are the Final Timeline, Psych Sheet and Warm Up Assignments.  

Also, livestreaming for a fee will be available for those who want to watch remotely and will soon be posted on the Host Team Website: Zones page.  

For tomorrow, just a reminder, about the process:  

o   SWIMMERS DRESSED IN red t-shirt and black warm-up jacket, khaki or black bottoms preferred.  Sports shorts are fine.

o   COACHES DRESSED IN white polo

o   KIDS REPORT: 12:45

o   Team WI Apparel Pick Up: 12:00 – 2:00

o  Team WI Team picture: 1:10 – 1:35pm

o  Team WI Warm-up:  1:45 – 2:45pm

o   Team WI TEAM meeting:  2:45 – 3:00

o   Team WI Parent meeting outside the South Doors:  2:45 – 3:00  

Upon Arrival:

• Enter the venue through the South doors, where there will be team tables set up.
• We’ll then direct everyone to We Got Game Photography who will do a composite photo, so all swimmers will get their pictures taken two at a time. 
• As swimmers complete their photos, they can go on the pool deck to wait for warm up.
• While that’s happening, the meet hosts will check coaches’ credentials.
• Once coaches are checked-in, they’ll provide the athlete credentials – bag tags for everyone!  The WI Swimming coaches will hand these out to the athletes. 
• Then, it’s time for warm up.

On Wednesday, I will have limited access to email so please try to save questions for in person or at the parents meeting.
