Team Wisconsin Announcements for 2024 Des Moines Meet
Hi Team Wisconsin Families,
Many of you are leaving today and some tomorrow, safe travels and we will see you there soon!

Please note, due to staffing and the Iowa State Fair parade closing Grand,
WEDNESDAY PICKUP TIME HAS CHANGED:
2 PM - 4 PM ONLY Pool will be open for teams that have made arrangements from 3pm to 4pm.
They have made changes to this year's photos, they will be taking 1 large group photo instead of individual photos. This was communicated to us during the coaches meeting, last night.
Pictures will be from 1100am to 1:00pm on Thursday. The pool will be open for swimmers that are not swimming on Thursday during this time before or after their designated team photo time..

The Knapp Conference Rooms will be available for teams to distribute any gear on Thursday morning prior to pictures. It will also be an off-deck crash area for swimmers and parents of swimmers.
Other Reminders:
Miss prelims - out of rest of prelims for day
Miss finals - out of meet
State Fair parade - 6:30pm on Wednesday (down street that pool is on)
-kids NOT RACING Thursday can warmup during that time (11-1*
-no assigned lanes
-during photos/warmup - spectator area will not be open for parents
-there is a conference/crash room in facility
- 1:30pm warmup on Thursday - no assigned lanes for athletes competing on Thursday.

Team Photos:
I will be taking the team photos on Thursday. I have set up a collection on my site for these team photos and they will be available for families to order an 8x10 photo of their team for a price of $15 each + $5 shipping.
I will honor the previous proposal I made to mail all team photos to each LSC for the fee of $15 each with free shipping. That method is still available, if you let me know on behalf of your LSC if you choose this option..
Individual Action Photos:
I have set up another collection on my site for display of individual action photos to be taken during the meet. A flyer for that collection attached. The collection is password protected.
I do not take photo orders for individual photos. What I take at the meet will be posted on my site in this collection. If parents like what I capture I would ask that they donate to my Venmo, which is also indicated on the flyer.
I will endeavor to post photos after every session during the meet.
