Hi All,

Michael White from Wisconsin Swimming and Storm Aquatics, giving your first of many (probably, too many) All Star email updates.

We have 155, almost identical to last year’s total numbers.  A lovely note from this is that the age groups that were massive last year are slightly smaller, the ones that were smaller last year are slightly bigger.  This ought to help fill out our roster a bit better.

If you didn’t catch my email that went to Zone families about this meet last year, I included my first of many spreadsheets, this one highlighting what times made it last year, how many kids made it in each age group.  I’ve now added a roster breakdown by age group so you can see some unofficial comparisons.

Currently, I’ve got all USA IDs and team codes matched in the Team Wisconsin TeamUnify database.  The next step is updating times on my end.  I’ll need to manually input times for SEA and MAC families today, and import results from this weekend’s meets.  So for now, you’re just waiting on me and meet hosts.  Nothing for you to do at the moment but sit on your hands or finish holiday decorations.

At the moment, you have only one job--ask yourself, “did I register my child for USA Swimming for the 2026 season?”  WI Swimming offices will close soon, and anyone who didn’t register will be expired before the meet happens.  As of this moment, 33 of our 155 applicants have not renewed their USA registration.

Otherwise, high tight for us to get a top times list out to families, and you’ll get your next set of directions then.  You should see the spreadsheet Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.

Shoot me an email if you have any questions.
