Winter Registration is Open
The 2025/2026 Winter schedule is posted and registration is open for returning players, new players registration will open Sunday November 16. Please register in the appropriate age group- based upon the players age as of August 1, 2026.
(New Players please contact Head Coaches of specific age group).
Please review the practice schedules that are posted on the www.ccupolo.com website. Players will be added to Team snap once registered.
Practices Begin Next Week, November 17th for the 10U, 12U and 14U programs
