Coach Lesley (Silver - Gold)

Hi Parents,

Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to coach your children.  Please know that I will do my best to provide a positive experience for each swimmer.  I have loved swimming since I was a young girl and wish to share my love of the sport in my roll as a coach.  I have been coaching swimming for many years.  All age levels from four year olds thru high school girls and boys teams.

At all levels, on thing that has remained constant, I enjoy coaching!  Swim kids are the best!!  My favorite quote and how I live my life: "Do what you love, love what you do!  Life is Good!"

Go FCYST!!

Coach Kara (Blue - Bronze)

Hello! my name is Kara Janke. I grew up in Minnetonka, MN, and Neenah, WI. I was a competitive swimmer for ten years! While my favorite stroke was backstroke, my favorite part of swimming was the team. I will always be grateful for the friendships created during those years and the many memories made in the pool.

After high school, I studied Psychology and public health, and I've spent most of my career in nonprofit development and social work. I enjoy reading, painting, and spending time with my family in my free time. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you at FCYST!!
