Seniors & Juniors

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 – 8:30

Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 – 7:30

High School Boys/Girls Stay in Shape 3 day option

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 – 8:30, Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 – 7:30

**Swimmers can pick any 3 practices to attend.  Does not have to be the same days each week. This is meant to be flexible around your schedule.

Gold  

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00 – 8:30

Thursday 6:00 – 7:30 (may be switched to Tuesdays due to high school meets)

Silver

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:00 – 7:00 pm

Thursday 6:00 – 7:30 (may be switched to Tuesdays due to high school meets)

Bronze

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:00 – 7:00 pm

Stingray

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:00 – 7:00  

High School Home Meets (No practice):

Sept 12, Sept. 15, Oct. 5, Oct 17, Dec 5, Dec 12, Jan. 9, Jan 11.
