USA Swimming requires that every member club have a Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policy, Team Travel Policy, an Electronic Communications Policy, and an Anti-Bullying Action Plan.  We provide the following model policies for clubs to use in full or to adapt to the club's needs and specific set-up.  If a club chooses not to adopt its own policy, the model policy is the default policy that the club should follow in the event of an incident.

USA Swimming offers additional optional model policies for Photography Use and Locker Room Monitoring.  These are not required, but recommended.  Clubs can adapt these policies to fit its needs and structure.
