Marlins Rock and Roll at Pac-Coast Swim Meet!

Mighty Marlins swimmers notched 72 best times at the Pac-Coast Meet in Snohomish. Sarah Zastoupil led the way with 7 best times, Jacob Christy and Milee Yanagida had 6 each, Anna Paul had 5, Keelah Higgins, Henry Menzies, Luke Mullen, Kadie Whall, and Samantha Zastoupil had 4 each. Swimmers with 3 included, Evie Azarpay, Alora DeVera, Nanako Kempma, Jenna Muise, Allen Pringle, and Aaron Ybarra. Whitney Bianchi, Tavia Bruno, and Layne Kopischka had 2 best times each, and Ryan Christy, Lucas Palmer, Sophie Plano, and Sophia Whall each had 1.

Four Marlins scored ribbons for finishes in the top 8. Allen Pringle was 3rd in the 50 breast, 5th in the 200 breast, 7th in the 400 IM, and 8th in both the 50 fly and 100 breast. Nanako Kempma took 2nd in the 100 IM, 3rd in the 50 fly and 5th in the 50 breast and 100 free. Lucas Palmer had a 4th in the 200 breast and 8th in the 200 IM, and Layne Kopischka added a 6th in the 100 breast.

Lucas and Allen both bettered the PNS Champs qualifying time in 200 breaststroke!
