To register for the Duncan Family YMCA Aquaforce team, please complete the Membership Application, Family Information Form and the Automatic Draft Form.  The completed forms may be emailed to Kateryna Perry at [email protected]  or dropped off at the YMCA. These forms can be located under the Documents tab.
