Step-by-step: transfer a swimmer to a new club

If you’re the swimmer (18+)

  1. Log in at hub.usaswimming.org.

  2. On your dashboard, go to My Account → General Info.

  3. Click the Club Transfer tab → expand the Member Club Transfer table → click Initiate Transfer.

  4. Type the new club’s name, confirm your first/last name, and Submit Transfer.

  5. Your status shows as Pending until your LSC Registration Chair approves it. After approval, you’ll see a New Club attached date on your member record. Website Dev SA

If you’re a parent moving your child

  1. Log in to your parent account at hub.usaswimming.org.

  2. In My Family, click View next to your swimmer (or Add to Family if needed using their Member ID).

  3. In your swimmer’s dashboard go to My Account → General Info → Club Transfer → Initiate Transfer.

  4. Enter the new club name + swimmer’s first/last name → Submit Transfer.

  5. Track the request under the Club Transfer tab; it will show Pending until your LSC approves.
