2025 LEHY YMCA Meet – Saturday, 12/6/2025

LOCATION- East Hartford High School, 869 Forbes St, East Hartford, CT

TEAM SEATING- With the two sessions, there should be plenty of room on deck for all swimmers. That being said, please tell your swimmers not to bring chairs with footrests or side benches. If they have the chairs without arms, that would be great!

CONCESSIONS- Coaches and Officials may take anything they would like from concessions. There will not be a coach’s table. We will have a full concession stand with our famous breakfast sandwiches. Wraps will be available for coaches and officials between sessions at the concession stand

Parents, please double-check your swimmer’s entry for our upcoming YMCA swim meet. Review their individual events and relay events, understanding that relay lineups are subject to change at any time.

Total Entries

Session 1: 9–10 & 11–12 Year Olds (entries)

  • Arrival Time: 7:15 AM 

  • Warm-Up: 7:30 AM

  • Start: 8:30 AM

  • Timeline: 11:00 am 

  • Timers assignments:

  • 1st shift - Timers meeting to 9:30 am - Sadowitz / Banas / Brower / Carey 

  • 2nd Shift - 9:25 am to 10:15 am - Hooley / Humphrey / Kosak / Lyon

  • 3rd Shift - 10:15 to 11:00 am - Madore / Olewnik / Park / Parker

Session 2: 13 & Over and 8 & Under (entries)

  • Arrival Time: 10:45 AM 

  • Warm-Up: 11:00 am (8 and under warm up) 

  • Warm-Up 11:30 am 13&Over (1-3)

  • Start: 12:00 PM 

  • Timeline: 2:45 pm 

  • Time assignments 2:45 pm 

  • First Shift: Timers meeting  - 1:00 pm - Barlow, Damseaux - Fay

  • Second Shift 1:00 pm  to 2:00 pm - Lasker, Magdycz - Parker

  • Third Shift 2:00 pm - Finished - Reid - Linton - Kosak

Cost: $10.00 per swimmer
Events: Each swimmer may enter up to 3 individual events, plus relays.
