Hello Parents,

I want to let everyone know that I will not be at the swim meet on Friday and Saturday, as I will be at Junior Nationals. I will do my best to be at the swim meet on Sunday, most likely for Finals.

I do not have the final warm-up assignments yet, but I will share them as soon as they are available.

Coaches on Deck

  • Friday: Coach Paul

  • Saturday: Coaches Alex B, Alex L, and Tony

  • Sunday: Coach Alex B and Tony

Timers Needed

If I can have volunteers for each session, I would really appreciate it.

  • Friday: Time your own swimmer

  • Saturday & Sunday Prelims: 2 timers per session — likely 3 shifts total (≈6 people)

  • Saturday & Sunday 10 & Under: 1 timer per session — possibly 2 shifts (≈2 people)

Friday

  • Arrival: 4:15 PM

  • Warm-up: 4:30 PM

  • Start: 5:45 PM

  • Finish: ~7:40 PM

Saturday & Sunday Morning – Combined 11–12 + 13 & Over

  • Arrival: 7:30 AM

  • Warm-up: 8:25 AM (real time) — Lanes 6 & 7

  • Start: 9:05 AM

  • Finish: ~12:30–12:45 PM (approx. 3.5 hours)

Saturday & Sunday Midday – 10 & Under Mini Meet

  • Arrival: 12:45 PM

  • Warm-up: 1:00 PM (lane 8)

  • Start: 1:30 PM

  • Finish: ~2:51 PM (approx. 1.5 hours)

Saturday & Sunday Finals (I have to get clarification on these times from the host team)

  • Arrival: 3:15 PM

  • Warm-up: 3:30 PM

  • Start: 4:30 PM

  • Finish:

    • Saturday: ~6:25 PM

    • Sunday: ~6:05 PM
