Hello everyone,

What amazing results at the Bulldogs Last Chance meet this past weekend—congratulations to all!

We will have regular practice every day this week, including today, Monday, March 16.

If you are planning to attend the CT Regional Championship, please sign up by tomorrow, Tuesday, March 17.

Please note:

  • Swimmers with a Flex membership must upgrade to a full USA Swimming membership to participate.

  • The CT Regional deadline is tomorrow, and we won't be able to extend.

  • The swim meet location will be determined after entries are submitted. Traditionally, it is held in East Hartford and occasionally in Cheshire.

If your swimmer will not be participating, please be sure to decline.
