Warm-Up & Arrival Times -
- Saturday Morning 11&Over Session - Warm-up at 7:30am, Arrive to the facility by 7:15am
- Saturday Afternoon 10&Under Session - Warm-up at 12:50pm, Arrive to the facility by 12:35pm
TEAM WARM-UP IS NOT OPTIONAL! Our expectation is that each swimmer participating in the session arrives early to the facility and gets in the water on time for warm-up. Please prepare accordingly to make sure your swimmer is not late getting into the water. This is disruptive and makes things difficult for the other swimmers on our team and our coaching staff. Swimmers who have not arrived for warm-up within 15 minutes of our team's warm-up period starting will be automatically scratched from the session and will not be allowed to participate in the meet.
Meet Fees & Date of Charge - Fees are $5 per individual event, $2.50 per relay event per swimmer, and $10 per swimmer participation surcharge. You can use the swimmer entries document at the top of this email to add up your swimmer's fees total that will be charged for this meet. Meet fees will be charged to swimmer's accounts on Friday, February 14th.

Additional Reminders -
- All individuals aged 18&Over must check in with their driver's license/photo ID at the Front Desk. No one will be admitted entrance without a photo ID! *Decatur Family YMCA Members will be able to use their Y membership card to check in.
- Please read the meet packet thoroughly prior to the meet as it has additional information that may be useful to you. This email just hits the highlights for the meet and does not mention everything in the packet.
- Locker rooms are for swimmers only - there is absolutely no exception to this. There will be restrooms available for non-athletes. SafeSport rules require athletes & non-athletes use seperate facilities.
- Our team crash zone will be housed in the Youth Gym with the Concessions Stand. Our team will be on the tarped far half of the room.
- Awards will be given to the top 8 finishers in 10U events and the top 3 finishers in 11O events.
- There will be no admission cost for spectators. Heat sheets and results will be available on the MeetMobile app.
Tomorrow is going to be a BIG DAY for our team as we host 337 athletes for the first time so please lend a hand, chip in, and help out wherever you can!
