We are making a revision to my previous instructions for signing up for the Last Chance Dual with HEAT - our team will now accept any swimmer who wants to attend this meet including those who already have all of their Y District/USA Regional cuts and those still trying for Y State or USA State cuts. Last year we opened this meet up only to those still working for Y District cuts, but this was mainly due to limited coaching staff with me still being out from my car accident....

As our team grows in both size and competitive nature, we are excited to offer multiple championship level meets for our swimmers to attend. Championship meets require qualifying time standards which simply means these meets require a minimum speed of swim proven by the swimmer's sanctioned entry time to be allowed to swim.
