Competition Requirements: All swimmers should wear the Sharks Team Suit and team swim cap during competitions.  Swimmers will be given one latex team cap the first week of practice.  Silicone caps are available for purchase through California Beach Hut.  The silicone caps can be personalized with last names when purchasing in pairs. You will pay through their website, but all items will be sent to the YMCA for distribution within 3 to 4 weeks of the order closing date. Team Suit Sizing: The first week of practice we will have sample suits available for swimmers to try on if unsure of size. We will share the days and times later, but will be before, during, or after group practice times.

Practice Requirements: In addition to swim caps and goggles, swimmers are required to bring their group specific training gear to practice. Items can be purchased from a variety of online retailers, but the link below shows various brand options and gear specific to your group.  If you do decide to order from Swim Outlet the items will be delivered directly to the address you give at checkout.
