What to Bring

1. Team suit, team swim cap, and goggles (it is always good to have two pairs)

2. Something warm to wear between events--snuggy, bathrobe, swim jacket

3. A SHARPIE to write events on your child's hand or leg

4. Crocs, flip flops, or slides

5. A blanket, chair and/or sleeping bag to sit on (we are usually housed in a gym)

6. Towels--more than 1!

7. Water Bottle or 2; swimmers can get dehydrated

8.  Reading material, quiet games to relax between events

9. Healthy snacks- fruits, carbohydrates and non-carbonated drinks

10. Money for concessions and/or a program

11. Your camera!
