Final Meets / Practices for Swimmers: (PLEASE READ to determine when your child’s season is over)

(* Post-Season program fees apply to all swimmers continuing after Feb. 7th)

Swimmers NOT Attending Division Championships (February 7, 2026):

Your swimmer's GYB Fall/Winter Season is over. (season ends after final dual meet for swimmers not attending championships(1/24/26). Those swimmers should no longer attend practices. Stay tuned for our Winter Banquet Invitation. Spring/Summer team registration will begin in April.

Swimmers ATTENDING Division Championships * :

League Qualifiers * - > Those swimmers who qualify from the Division meet (Feb. 7) to the March 7th League meet (& are available to compete at the League meet) will continue to practice and may choose to participate in any YMCA invitational through the first weekend in March.
- The Y will bill league qualifiers, and all post-season participants, the post-season program fee of $75. This fee can be paid at the front desk.
Division Meet Swimmers who do NOT qualify for Leagues:
USA Swimming Members *: Swimmers eligible and registered for USA Championships will continue practices through the date of their last Qualified USA Championship meet.
NON-USA Swimmers who do not qualify for Leagues, and USA Swimmers who choose not to participate in USA post-season are done for the season following the announcement of League qualifiers.

Zone Qualifiers * -> Swimmers who have qualified for the zone meet and plan to attend will continue through 3/22.

High School Swimmers Eligible to Return to YMCA practices *:

2026 USA Swimming Members: Any swimmer entered in, or planning to enter Ohio Swimming USA-S State Senior Champs.
Any non-zone qualifier within 2.75 seconds per 50 yards of a zone qualifying time who wishes to participate in a Last Chance meet, Friday night Leagues to try for a zone cut.
All Zone Qualifiers planning to attend the Zone Meet, March 20-22.
