We had a stellar meet at the Sumter Pentathlon. Our team did very well! We had some swimmers knock of 30 seconds or more from their previous times! We are still awaiting meet results, but we can happily celebrate the following Pentathlon awards: Easton Pate – 1st place boys 9-10 Christian Lusardi – 2nd place boys 11-12 Sophia Rhodes – 3rd place girls 11-12 Hunter Jeppson - 3rd place boys 13-14 Xavier Davis – 3rd place boys 15-16

The Hartsville Hammerheads had 4 swimmers qualify for regionals at Liberty University this season!

We saw a 58% time improvement overall, and 68% time improvement in consistent practice attendees. That’s an incredible achievement for our team, especially with the challenges over the past season! Some time drops were so big (over 30 seconds) that they indicate a technique improvement, which is a major score for us going forward and much harder to achieve than aerobic conditioning! Our dinner at Olive Garden was lots of fun and the kids got to enjoy some great pre-race meals, plus bonus Happy Birthday singing to Ms. Brenda King...
