Summer Swim Team is the perfect experience for new swimmers and experienced swimmers. We focus on improving technical skills, speed, and endurance in a fun and uplifting environment! Practice Schedule
Please note that this practice schedule changes once school lets out for summer vacation. 
Practice for 5/5-5/31:
 
- Mon/Wed 2:45-3:45pm (homeschool/early release - all ages)
- Mon- Thurs 3:45-5:00pm (13 and older)
- Mon- Thurs 5:00-5:45pm (8 and under)
- Mon- Thurs 5:45-6:45pm (9-12 years old)
 
Practice for 6/1-7/14:
 
Mon/Wed/Fri 7-8am (11 and older) and 8-9am (10 and under) 
Wed/Thurs 3:45-5:00pm (13 and older), 5-5:45pm (8 and under), 5:45-6:45pm (9-12 years old)
Saturdays 7:30-9:00am (Advance Swimmers only)
 
Mondays at Midlo - Dive practice 6-7pm
 
Meet Schedule
Please remember that meet attendance is not required, but highly encouraged as they are a lot of fund and allow swimmers to see how much they are improving.

Volunteer Training Dates
We would love to see as many of our parents as possible go to a RMAL training. Please note that the RMAL asks that all volunteers attend training every year even if they have done it previously. It ensures that all officials are up to date on the newest swimming rules. Parents who do not go to a training will still be needed to help time, run, or do clerk of course.
