The Y provides thousands of youth with the skills they need to engage, act and advocate for social issues through state-organized Youth and Governmnet programs.

The YMCA National Judicial Competiiton is a mix of Mock Trial and Appellate (Moot Court) Competition and opportunities to meet participants from across the country who share a passion for Youth and Government and the judicial system.

The competitions take place at the Chicago Bar Association, and the Chicago Federal Courthouse. These facilities are about a 25 minute walk (10 minute train ride) from the event venue, the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza.
