The South Central Region for YMCA Swimming includes Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and New Mexico. In our region, some Y teams compete seasonally in local Y leagues, while others compete year-round in both YMCA and USA Swimming competition. For more information, please contact Karina Weiss.
