YMCA of Greater Cincinnati Synchrogators continue success at 2023 U.S. Junior Olympic Championship

Cincinnati YMCA Synchrogators Dominate 2022 U.S. Junior Olympic Championship

Cincinnati’s only nationally competitive artistic (synchronized) swim team, the Cincinnati YMCA Synchrogators, had a fantastic week at the 2022 U.S. Junior Olympic Championship in Gainesville, Florida. Over 1000 athletes from across the country competed in the week long meet at the University of Florida’s pool.

Coached by Julie Jasontek and Ginny Jasontek the Synchrogator’s top 16-19 age group team captured back-to-back golds in the Free Team event, gold in the Tech Team event, and silver in the Combination Event.

In addition, all Synchrogators age group teams qualified to compete at the meet, and many of their solos and duets made the podium at the national event.
