The Westside Aquaducks requires all Coaches, Swimmers, and Parents/Guardians abide by the COVID-19 Code of Conduct. If you filled it out separately from the Registration Form Package then please return the completed COVID-19 Code of Conduct Form to Coach Dea Ann Joslin as soon as possible at:
