North Hills Aquatics (NHA) works to promote the sport of swimming along with fostering an environment of healthy competition. NHA is a year-round competitive team operating under USA Swimming and a member of the Allegheny Mountain Swimming (AMS) Local Swimming Committee (LSC). NHA strives to develop young athletes to grow within the sport as well as grow as individuals.  We are a community-based program and welcome anyone to would like to be a part of our TEAM.
