Coach Nik has been the Head Coach of North Hills Aquatics as well as the North Hills Head Varsity Swim Coach since the start of the 2021 season. Nik joined NHA after spending two years as the Varsity Head Coach of the West Springfield High School swim team in Springfield, VA. Prior to coaching at West Springfield, Nik coached the Senior group at Nation's Capital Swim Club - Burke in Burke, VA from 2009 until 2015.

In 2022, Nik was named as one of the Eastern Zone Select Camp coaches at the University of Maryland.

In 2024, Nik became the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion chair for the AMS.

Coach Andrew grew up swimming in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey with the EHT Seahawks. He continued his swim career at The College of New Jersey, where he also studied Health and Exercise Science. After TCNJ, he got his master's degree in Sport Science at the University of Pittsburgh. Coach Andrew's passion is to create confident resilient athletes in and out of the pool.

Growing up in Florida, Coach Dylan developed a deep passion for swimming, which led him to compete at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Specializing in the mile and open water swimming, he qualified for the U.S. Open Water Nationals in the 5k in both 2014 and 2016. Now, as part of the North Hills Aquatics, Dylan is dedicated to helping swimmersachieve their goals, fostering a love for the sport both in and out of the pool.

Coach Will grew up swimming for the Franklin YMCA in Franklin, PA. He continued his swimming career at Westminster College where he was a four-year second team all-conference selection and earned a bachelor's degree in early childhood and special education. He earned his master's degree in educational leadership from Concordia University, Nebraska. Coach Will was the head coach for Hedgesville High School and Martinsburg Marlins (WV) club swim team from 2013-2017. Coach Will is excited to share his passion for swimming and help his swimmers achieve their goals in and out of the pool.

Assistant Age Group Coach - Gold/Silver/Bronze

Coach Kaya grew up swimming in West Haven, Connecticut where she was a Junior Coach and continued her swimming career at both Merrimack College and Chatham University. She currently is earning her bachelor's degree at Chatham University here in Pittsburgh. Coach Kaya is excited to share her love of swimming and help her swimmers make strides towards their goals in and out of the water.
