Important Dates and Practice Schedules:
Winter season practices begin on 11/3/25. Our last day of practice is 2/13/26. Swimmers who qualify for championship meets practice until their last meet (as late as 3/27/26).

Level 1 & 2 Swimmers:
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00-4:45

Level 3 Swimmers:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:00-4:45

Level 4 Swimmers:
Every weekday from 4:45-6:00

S.W.A.T. Swimmers:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4:00-6:00
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:45-6:00
Dryland practices are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00-4:45

Practices are not mandatory. We understand that schedule conflicts, weather, illnesses and other issues might prevent you from coming to practice. While we love seeing our swimmers at the pool, we understand if you need to miss practices. If you will be out for an extended period of time, please let us know.
