CPHM Piranhas Team Apparel
Hello (once again) Piranha Families
As promised, please find attached a piranhawear apparel order form (it is the same form that we used in December). This is the official last call for Piranha Apparel this season! We may do an order in the Spring for the long course session if demand warrants, but most likely we won’t be back at it until next Fall. If there is something you want don’t delay in ordering it!
Just as we did last time, there is an option to personalize your apparel with your swimmers name, if you would like to take advantage of this option, please complete the order form as indicated and add $4 to each item that will be personalized.
I will be collecting orders until MONDAY, February 1st, the order form can be left in Leah Constable’s folder or given to me or Ken at practice. We hope to have all orders back the week after February Break (February 22nd ish).

As promised, please find attached a piranha wear apparel order form. We are working with a local business in order to keep the costs down and speed up the turn around process. Many items have adult sizes, in case you want to show your team spirit from the bleachers (Mom’s check out the Piranha Mama logo).
In addition, there is the option to customize the apparel with your swimmers name, if you would like to use this option, please complete the order form as indicated and add $4 to each item that will be customized (if you don’t want to do it on the order form you can always wait and bring it to the Embroidery and More Shop in the Clock Tower at the Crossings (near Kohl's) after your apparel is delivered).
If you want Christmas delivery (on or around Monday, December 21) we need your order back no later then practice on Friday, December 11th. Any orders placed after that date will be filled, but are not guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
I will be showing samples of some of the products at practice on Saturday, December 4th and Monday, December 7th – and Beth Silaika will have the samples at practice on December 9th. After that they will be available at the Embroidery and More Shop.
The order form and payment can be left in Leah Constable’s folder (or given directly to me at practice).
In addition to the attached order form – Coach Scott has a limited supply of lanyards (they look like this)
The Lanyard cost is $5 and payment (cash or check only made out to CPHM Piranhas) can also be left in Leah’s folder – please keep the lanyard payment separate from the apparel order – and indicate that it is for the lanyard – we will coordinate delivery of the lanyards separately
