Age Group Coordinator

The Clifton Park-Halfmoon Piranhas are looking for an Age Group Coordinator that is energetic, passionate, and knowledgeable of Age Group Coaching (Ages 12 and under).  This person will report directly to the Head Coach and job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: developing season plans w/Head Coach for all Age Group programs (Ages 12 and under), roster management, running/planning/writing practices for Age Group Levels, communicating effectively with Head Coach and parents, and attending all meets for Age Groups.  Candidates need to possess a minimum of 3 years coaching experience, know how to effectively plan seasonal and age appropriate training techniques, and exhibit strong work ethic, commitment, and integrity.

This will be a salaried position starting @ $12,000/year.  Compensation for the position will be commensurate with experience and the ability to perform responsibilities with the opportunity for advancement.
