Colonie Practice Moved to Shen

Practice for Weds July 9thh for Seniors and Juniors has been moved to Shen from 7-9 PM.  Travel Group Swimmers should swim with their respective groups.

Age Group I, II, and Mini Piranhas will go on as scheduled @ Shen
