Weekly News and Practice Information - Week of 5/29/23

No Practice on Monday for the Holiday!

Congratulations:  To all of our swimmers, families and teachers for the completion of the school year.  We hope everyone enjoys a great summer!

Changes in Team Unify:

As mentioned previously, Team Unify forced an upgrade to their system that essentially removed our ability to look at historical transactions.  I was able to download spreadsheet data with history so if you need invoices for homeschool reimbursement we can work together to get them to you.  Going forward you should be able to get invoices as before though the interface does appear differently.

Billing Summary for June

It is the end of the month so we will be sending an email encouraging everyone to log in and check their billing summary for June.  Please let us know if you have any questions.  It is also time to declare for June so if you have not already, or if you have changes since you previously completed the survey, please hit the link below and let us know your family swimming plan for June (and July).

A question about mid-day adult lap swim has also been added to this survey.  Please let us know if you would be interested in a lap swim from 11:00-12:30 M-F.  The evening lap swim will continue as before from 5-7 M-TH.

Lessons Info:

Lessons begin again on June 5th.  We still have space in both the morning and evening sessions so spread the word.  If you are planning on lessons in June please hit the link below to indicate a day/time preference.  A number of kiddos have activities and we will have some flexibility to move between morning and evening based on those camps and activities.  Just let us know.

Upcoming Meets and Events:

Dan Fawcett Memorial Long Course Meet: June 16th at Bartlett:  This will be the first of two long course meets (for long course meets we move the bulkheads so that the pool is a fifty meter olympic pool).  It is open to all comers but since each race is at least 50 Meters straight younger swimmers should consult their coaches before signing up.

Alaska Summer Champs, July 21st-23rd:  This is the yearly summer champs meets and does require qualifying times.  The times are USA Swimming Motivational Age Group B times.  The summer champs qualified athletes page will updated soon.
