CAC Families,

Due to the upcoming swim meet in Juneau and a few coaches out sick, we are adjusting today's practice schedule. And tomorrow there is no practice.  Take a minute to check out today's schedule.

Today- Thursday- 1/22

Gold and above 4-6pm

Silver 4:30-6pm

Bronze 4:45-6pm

Stroke School 5-6pm

Levels 3 and 4.   5:15-6pm

**NO Level 1 and/or 2 lessons

 

Tomorrow- Friday- 1/23 

NO PRACTICE FRIDAY!! Good luck swimmers in Juneau!
