Short Course (September – May) The team trains at the Hampton High School pool during the Short Course season.  The pool is a six-lane, 25-yard pool.  Practice is in the afternoon/evening on weekdays and in the morning on Saturdays.  Time in the pool varies based on the swimmer’s level. Developing swimmers do not practice as much as the more experienced swimmers.

Long Course (June – July) The team trains at the Hampton Township Community Pool during the summer, beginning only after Hampton Township School District has concluded its school year. The township offers a 50-meter, heated pool, and practice is in the early morning on weekdays.
