Junior Group

This year-round competitive training group is primarily for swimmers ages 11-14 who exceed the requirements of Age Group 2. Continued stroke refinement along with increased aerobic training will be stressed in this group. Racing strategies, goal setting, and accountability in the water will also serve an important role throughout the season. Swimmers in this group will be asked to commit to training at a high level. At this age, it is incredibly important to maintain a consistent work ethic at practice to ensure future success in the pool.
