Please remember that athletes alone do not represent Life Time Arizona Swim; parents are also representatives. Adult behavior is the model that children follow. Common courtesy and good sportsmanship are minimum expectations of parental behavior at all competitions, workout sessions or any other function. Undermining of the coaching staff will not be tolerated. The Head Coach reserves the right at all times to refuse service to any swim team member family or any other individual who does not observe a positive behavioral model for the swimming team as determined by the Head Coach at their discretion.
Swimming is a family sport - parents are encouraged to volunteer for timing at meets (when requested by meet hosts) or to volunteer at intrasquad meets and events. Swim events are not possible without the support of parents and families (not to mention timing at meets gives you the best view of the pool!)
