Life Time Arizona Swim Team has been structured into three basic groups of athlete development in our swimming program. In each level of the program, we continually try to evaluate and adapt to the multitude of factors that impact the growth and development of young athletes. We have learned through experience that the perfect developmental swimming program is a moving target based on the changes of development of young people. Our coaches establish work outs in all three groups that focus on swimmer development by keeping it challenging and fun to ensure the swimmers longevity in the sport.
