We host several fundraising events and activities throughout the year to support our youth swim club operating expenses (coaches payroll, pool rent, insurance, admin, etc), team trips, training equipment, scholarships, etc. Please see below for information about our events and activities. May The FORK Be With You Swim a Thon - May 15 - June 15, 2023

There will be prizes given along the way to the swimmer/family that creates the most donations, top prizes for family and training group donations, and several surprises during the event!
Our goal is to raise $20,000 to support team operations.

Uncle Maddios Pizza Week Fundraiser - Sept 18-24, 2023
Located at 660 S College Ave, Suite 221, Tempe, AZ
Sept 22-24 is ASU Family Weekend and Sept 23 is ASU vs USC football game, so we expect a lot of people to be eating pizza!
Uncle Maddios will give us 10% of all food sold during the week!
We also have a Sponsorship Program with 3 levels
Bronze - $500
Silver - $1K
Gold - $2K
Logo on Website and team communications for all levels
Sponsorship supports purchases for the following items we need for the team
Food/drink for volunteers at swim meets/Team parties
Swimmer bag tags
Meet SWAG Bags
Awards for meets
Raffle Prizes - eg gift cards, sports tickets, etc
Pop up tents
Team shirts for championship meets, travel, or specific event (eg Swimathon)
Kiwanis of North Phoenix Charity Drive
We have partnered with the Kiwanis Foundation to support their qualified charity organization efforts. For anyone filing taxes in the State of Arizona you can donate up to $400 (individual) and $800 (married couple) and receive a 100% credit (not a deduction) on your state taxes. This is a great way to donate without any money out of your pocket. Kiwanis will then donate 50% percent back to Pitchfork Aquatics to support our team. Anyone can support this cause as long as they reside in and/or pay taxes to the State of Arizona.

Team Spirit Dinners/Events
Periodically we will partner with a local restaurant to enjoy their food, bond with our teammates and families, and provide additional financial support for our team. The restaurants will donate a percentage (usually 20-25%) back to our team for meals purchased.

$10/square with a chance to win $50 each quarter (1-3) and $100 for the final game score!

Thank you to all the families that participated in the Game of Forks Swim a Thon - we raised $14,500!
The top family fundraiser was Roth's (Sage and Tucker) at $2500 winning the Grand Prize for a 1 night stay at the Great Wolf Lodge resort in Scottsdale.
The top individual fundraiser was Mattea Lingen at $1800 winning a prize for a ticket to Knotts Berry Farm.
Swimmer statue awards were also given for the remaining top 10 individual fundraisers - Addison Aguilar, Madison Dols, Emma Siebrandt, Miguel Figueroa, and Safiyah Supreme (Ashlyn Reidhead and Ruth Lucht were not present but will receive their award later).
The Black Training Group raised the most money and the prize is a night at Main Entertainment in Tempe.
