March Training schedule updates

Here are highlights and updates of the training schedule of March:

1. We have decided not to take a break for this spring break (March 15-28). The training schedule will keep the same as regular.

2. We will take a break on Easter long weekend. The practice will be off on April 2,3,4,5, from Friday to Monday.

3. Due to Killarney pool has to extend their public swim time, our Saturday and Sunday morning practices have to start 2 hours earlier for the groups, which practice at Killarney on those mornings start from March 20.

Age: Saturday 7:45-8:00am dry; 8:00-9:30am pool 

        10:30am - 11:30am Zoom Dryland

Youth: Sunday 6:15-6:30 dry, 6:30-8:30am

Gold: Sunday 6:15-6:30dry, 6:30-8:00am From March 20- March 30       

From April 1, start new group Gold B

Gold A: Sunday 6:15-6:30dry, 6:30-7:30am

Gold B: Sunday 7:30-8:30pm
Alligator & Gecko: 8:30-9:30am
