WVOSC Development Meet Recap

Head Coach Anchie

By Leo Zhi,

On Sunday, May 21st, the Gators Swim Club made a remarkable splash at the West Vancouver Otters Swim Club Developmental Meet. What truly stood out was the exceptional camaraderie and infectious energy that permeated the event, as both seasoned veterans and aspiring newcomers joined forces. It was a sight to behold as these swimmers, united by their shared passion, created an environment brimming with positivity and enthusiasm. Despite it being the first time for some of our athletes to compete in the challenging 200IM race, their performances were nothing short of extraordinary, leaving the coaches bursting with pride. After a thrilling morning of racing and chatting, our spirited swimmers indulged in a well-deserved treat, relishing in the flavors of a mouthwatering burger and crispy fries from the food truck stationed nearby. With such unwavering determination and team spirit, there's no doubt that the Gators Swim Club will continue to make waves and inspire all who witness their remarkable journey. Gooo Gators!
