Jaden Leung shines at the 2024 Canadian Swimming Championships

The 2024 Canadian Swimming Championships, held at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre from July 24-30, was a remarkable event featuring 928 athletes from 149 swim teams across the nation. Jaden Leung represents Gators had an impressive performance in his three events: the 50m, 100m and 200m freestyle.
Jaden's dedication and hard work paid off as he advanced to the B finals in both the 50m and 100m free events. In the 100m free, he not only set another personal best time but also established a new long course club record for 15-16 boys, a time of 55.14. In the 50m free, Jaden's determination was evident as he surged through the water, clocking a personal best time that secured his place in the B final. Even though Jaden did not make the 200m free final, he gained valuable high-performance racing experience against Canada's top swimmers. This experience has motivated him to train even harder next season, pushing himself to new heights.
