Delta Sungod Long distance meet recap

Every season requires a new challenge and the Delta Sungod Distance Meet was a great one for our swimmers. 

During December 1st, 2024, swimmers represented our club at the annual distance meet hosted by Delta swim team. This swim meet is recognized by having only 400’s, 800’s and 1500’s events. 

Our swimmer and club were part of this great event and they did a great work. Our junior swimmers swam 400 FR, while Senior swimmers and two junior swimmers swam the 800 FR. 

All swimmers were able to put in practice the skills learned and achieve their best times. The effort and results from our swimmers allow us to see a great opportunity and successful future for our swimmers in the distance events. 

For some of our swimmers this was the last swim meet of the year, while some others will also attend to the Fast Meet in couple of weeks.
