Wayland Development meet recap

On Sunday, June 8, 2025, we had 24 of our development swimmers from Gold, Silver, Alligator and Crocodile attend the Wayland Development Meet, hosted by Wayland Swim Club.
We achieved 5 new LMR qualifying times and had a lot of our swimmers try out the more difficult events like the 200 IM, 100 IM, and 100 freestyle for the very first time. The swimmers all supported each other through the challenges, cheering each other on and putting up some great times.
This was the very last development meet of the season for these swimmers, and the energy they bring continues to rise as they prepare for the Gators Annual Time Trial before ending off our winter season!
