Masters Program
Welcome to the 2025-2026 Masters Season!
Our Masters program is open to all adult swimmers 18+. Practices, led by an experienced GMAC coach, are organized workouts tailored for all abilities with suggestions for stroke improvement. Our program provides strong motivation for reaching your personal goals. Each swimmer, from the beginner to the elite level athlete, will find something to suit their needs. Although we say beginner, this is not lessons, swimmers must be able to swim freestyle minimum 50m.

All swimmers must be registered and attend only the program that they are registered in.

Masters Annual Insurance Fee is required and is $51 once per season Sept 1, 2025 - August 31, 2026. You may be charged for this within 1-2 weeks following program registration if you are new during this period, if it is not charged on initial registration.
Practice Packages Available for the Winter 2026 session
All practices will take place at the University of Guelph pool unless there is a last minute change/planned change as indicated below and this would be communicated to members.
- Monday 6-7pm Jan 5 - March 30th (off Feb 16th) $234
- Monday and Thursday 5:30-7am Jan 5th - March 30th (off Feb 16th) $468
- Tuesday and Thursday 9-10:30am Jan 6th - March 31st (off March 17&19th) $449
- Thursday 6-7pm Jan 8 - March 26 $234
- Saturday 9-10:30am Jan 10- March 28th (off Feb 14th/March 21st) $196
- Sunday 8-9:30am Jan 11- March 22 (off Feb 15th - Feb 1st practice will run 7-8am UofG) $196
