La Mirada Armada

Thank you for taking an interest in the La Mirada Armada Masters Team!

Practice Times:
Monday - Friday 7:00 - 8:30PM

With the La Mirada Armada swim team, you may attend as many or as few practices

as you would like. Also, the levels of the swimmers on the team range from novice to

former Olympians and all levels in between. Whatever your skill level, there is definitely

a place for you on our team. Please feel welcome to come and try a practice or two with

the team at any of our workout times.

We do provide kick boards but also use other equipment such as goggles, swim caps,

paddles, pull buoys and fins. This other equipment you would need to purchase for

yourself if you would like to use them during the workout but it is not a requirement.
