OUR MISSION

Our organization provides competitive swim programming focusing on the emotional, mental and physical aspects of the sport and more. In today’s society, more and more youth sports programs are over-emphasizing performance, while also under-emphasizing longevity, balance and education in other important life skills. We want to change that.

All children deserve the opportunity to participate and engage in competitive sport, with learning and understanding in;

EDUCATION surrounding teaching competition and comparison in healthy ways

BUILDING emotional intelligence FIRST, so athletes may succeed in their lives in and out of the pool

HONORING, RESPECTING & EMBRACING all reasons WHY our athletes participate in our program while also supporting their endeavors outside of swimming

We support and encourage our artists, musicians, academics, writers, multi-sport enthusiasts, social-butterflies and all other pursuers of their passions - to learn the value of balance, autonomy, self-awareness and happiness in their lives, through their participation in our program.

We understand performance, competition, commitment, discipline, hard work, dedication and sacrifice - which we practice inside our philosophy of #heartforward programming, and #puttingKIDSbackinsport.

VALUES

We Value:

BALANCE as a critical component of overall health and wellness emotionally, mentally and physically

EDUCATION as a tool for learning valuable skills, concepts and strategies in and out of sport

INTEGRITY as a foundational moral virtue, from which extraordinary humans are created

CONNECTION as a fundamental tool to build effective communication skills, valuable friendships and relationships

FAIRNESS, EQUALITY & EQUITABILITY as important pillars that guide decision-making, policy and strategies for success

PRINCIPLES
